Learn: Update on Proposed Coal Terminals

Three of the six local, proposed coal export terminals, which would send 150 million tons of coal to China, have withdrawn their proposals. Coos Bay and St. Helen's in Oregon and Greys Harbor in Washington are no longer on the table. Community action has made a difference.
