PROPOSED PARISH FAMILIES ANNOUNCED!!

This morning, September 23rd, Archbishop Etienne released the proposed parish families for the Archdiocese of Seattle. The current draft pairs Our Lady of Guadalupe with Holy Rosary. NOW is your chance to share your thoughts and feelings about the proposed Parish Family for OLG. The full list of proposed families is now live on the public Partners in the Gospel page on the Archdiocesan website

IT ABSOLUTELY DOES!!! The Archdiocese wants to hear what our hopes and concerns are about their proposal for OLG’s new Parish Family. It is important that ALL of us participate because this is a significant moment for our community. Moving forward and becoming a new parish family will be a substantial change and whether you have been here for decades or just a few months, your feedback will guide these decisions. For example, what qualities do you want in a Pastor, what is most important to you in terms of our parish? What are your concerns or fears?   In addition, you will be provided parish “Snapshots” for the proposed Parish Family, along with other important information about the process. Archbishop Etienne has released a new video inviting everyone to participate in the public phase of the Partners in the Gospel process. The consultative period is from September 23-October 10 and there are many opportunities to participate.
