Credit or Debit Cards 
You may make a one-time payment or monthly payments. Complete the credit or debit card authorization on the pledge card/envelope. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) 
Have your monthly pledge payment deducted from your checking or savings account. Complete the withdrawal authorization on the pledge envelope and enclose a voided check or savings deposit slip.

Direct Bill Pay from Bank 
Fill out the card/envelope and pledge amount, then set up directly with your bank. Your bank will send us a one-time check or monthly checks at your request.

Pledge 
Make a pledge today and we will send you monthly reminders. No minimum payment, just the good faith that you will fulfill your pledge by April 2019.

Payroll Deduction 
Fill out the card/envelope and pledge amount, then contact your employer's Human Resources or Payroll department to see if they offer this option.

2. Contact your Broker to inform them of your request. They will be able to help direct you on the paper work that you need to present them to release your stock.
3. Complete the stock form with details of your donation, following the instructions at the top of the form.

Many companies MATCH gifts to the Annual Catholic Appeal. Check if your employer has a Matching Gift program and help your parish maximize their Annual Catholic Appeal Rebate. Once your payment has been received OR pledge has been paid in full, you can apply for the match per your employer’s instructions.
